Responsible for maintaining current business and developing new business in Steel Degassing Application and achieve sales targets and continuously improve the competitiveness of the company in the industry, through cooperation with engineering companies and end customers (steel making plants).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Make and implement the business development plan in responsible area according to the market trend to achieve the annual sales budget.
Strictly abide by the company's sales policies, norms and systems, report customer visits, action plans and project progress on a weekly basis, timely report to the company the problems arising in the sales process and propose solutions.
Provide consulting advice to customers, recommend appropriate solutions according to customer needs and status.
Coordinate the internal resources to complete the order signing and implementing, actively support and follow up the after sales process to ensure the delivery and commissioning for the equipment smoothly, and be responsible for the payment collection.
Maintain the continuous growth of product sales; Maintain and improve existing customer relationships, and develop long-term strategic cooperation plans to improve customer satisfaction.
Make customer return visit and conduct market research to understand product usage, market demand and competitors information. Propose improvements to the company's services and strategies.
Other tasks related to business assigned by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Have mechanical knowledge, experience for mechanical and automation equipment and system.
Good command of English.
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and coordination skills.
Be able to work under pressure with spirit of enduring hardship, adapt to high intensity work and regular travelling to various cities.
Must have excellent skills of communication and coordination, sensitive on marketing, good at handling the relationship between customers and collaborating with the internal department.
Be able to develop new customers, have experience in project follow-up and sales.
Good learning ability to familiar with all kinds of company products in the shortest time and can prepare proposals independently.
Be open, dynamic, positive.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or fluid machinery related. Major in vacuum related is preferred.
Above 3 years work experience in multi-national companies, sales experience of industrial products is preferred.
Amount of Travel Required: 75% Domestic
